    Thanks for sharing your top ten food items. I think nuts and dried fruits would be perfect as they last a long time and are also quite nutritious. I am glad you also included some snack foods and coffee too! I personally love to have a couple biscuits with a hot drink of tea or coffee. What is your favourite snack?
